Since you're here, we'd like to share a little of "Our Story" with you!

Graceview Christian School has been born out of many prayers, the clear direction from the Lord and lots of hard work. It came to be on the shoulders of a rich tradition, established back in 1981, when Graceview Baptist Church was chartered with the mission of reaching the lost and serving our community in every way possible in order to win opportunities to share the gospel - the Good News of Jesus and the salvation He alone offers. 

When Graceview first began, a group of moms got together and organized a "Mother's Day Out" program that met a couple days a week and provided opportunities to get to know families and help meet some real needs.

Years later this program grew into a fully licensed childcare and Graceview Early Learning Center was established to help meet the growing need for a 5-day program that provided an affordable, safe and Christ-centered environment for kids from 6 weeks old through PreK-4. God was growing this ministry and Graceview too. For nearly 35 years, the ELC operated at 25510 Tomball Parkway, but in 2021 the whole church and Early Learning Center moved to its current home at 21206 Telge Rd, still here in Tomball. God had led the church to build a new campus and move into the new facility - which is bigger and provided many opportunities for growth. With a new building came new potential and dreams were put into action as the church determined we could make an even bigger influence by starting Graceview Christian School (GCS), where we could teach a Christian world-view to Kindergarteners and beyond!

In the Fall of 2022 we opened GCS with one Kindergarten class with the plan to add a school grade each year. We are now serving students through the 5th grade and growing each year, praise the Lord! Graceview Christian School exists to assist parents in educating their students to live and grow in grace, equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17). By the grace of God we'll be able to continue carrying this mission forward with more students each year. Beyond the incredible curriculum that our staff brings to life, we also offer "Specials" like PE, Art, Music, Library time, Chapel and Bible. The kids had an interest in chess, so this year an after-school chess club was started as well.

God is always at work and we are humbled and amazed that we get to join Him in that work! We are thrilled that we have the opportunity to love on kids as parents choose to partner with us in the care and education of their children. Kids are coming to know and love Jesus, and learning how to live for Him and share the Good News with this world that so desperately needs to hear about our Savior, Jesus.
